I just need to vent
On the 4th of July, my kitchen sink had a leak. It destroyed a lot of things including my flooring. Finally, after months of reconstruction, I was supposed to get new flooring today. I had hard wood floors. The flooring company brought MDF and now I have no floor, just concrete. I am going to cry.

Well, now I am getting my flooring, but they could not match it to my existing flooring, so I am now likely to get new flooring for my living room and dining room to match my kitchen, den, and hallway. This is never going to end, and it has been 5 months of construction. Deep breaths.

I would not worry about it not being an exact match. That happens sometimes with hardwood. Wait and see how it looks before you go nuts tearing out all the flooring
