Ideas for quick getaway
I see these all the time asked, but Teacher Convention is coming up and looking to get away a night or two since the boys are off. I have a 10 and 8 year old.
We take lots of trips and already have a Kalahari trip planned in Dec.
Been to DC and since the new prez really a bit turned off to go there now. LOL
Already been to Hershey over the summer a few days. Plus I think it's closed now anyway.
I live in NJ.
Did Boston a couple of years ago already and Philly last year.

I heard the new Kartrite has a lot to do there besides the water park. Maybe go up by Hunter mountain? They have zip lines and hiking and stuff like that.

The new Nickelodeon theme park near MetLife Stadium is opening later this week.

You can always check out Groupon too. Sometimes they have some good, quick little spots to check out.

Ideas for quick getaway
Pine Ridge Dude ranch has great deals and is an all inclusive hotel
Theyvhave tons of activities, horseback riding (even in the winter) and an indoor pool
It’s not a fancy place but it’s been recently renovated, the food is good and it’s not too far. Great for your kids ages
