Looks so yummy! And as a side note- I can't believe people don't know the difference between Apple Cider Vinegar and Apple Cider.

Can this be tweaked for a crock pot meal?
For this recipe, I wouldn't try to use a Crock Pot mainly because you want the cider sauce to thicken and the apples to brown without turning to complete mush. Also, with the chicken cooking all day it'll release a lot of juice causing the dish to be watery and the chicken not as browned.

I meant to come back last week and say that this was a hit! It didn't take long to make and was delicious. I made a few changes, like adding more apples, and we loved it!

Sure, you can use thighs, just adjust the cooking time as needed.
