Puffer jacket today?
This is really strange. I am working in NYC today and have seen 2 people already who are wearing puffer jackets.
Like the down ones you wear in the dead of winter.
One woman was in Starbucks in Penn Station with skinny jeans, a HEAVY winter sweater and a puffer jacket.
Then just now a guy came up to my office to meet with someone and is wearing a Northface down puffer.
Now, I haven't been outside other than to catch my train, but is is really that cold out?
It felt yucky and humid to me when getting on the train this morning.
My skin is crawling looking at these nuts!

I was chilly but like wore pants and a 3/4 sleeve shirt chilly- not a down jacket.
Then again I saw someone wearing a leather jacket and pants on the 100 degree day.

Definitely not that chilly!!! I had on my rain jacket this morning and was still warm but the train was freezing! I would be sweating in a down jacket! I thought it was still humid this morning when I left my house.

I see so many people that are over dressed all the time.
It seems that people just LOVE their winter clothes.
I am usually standing at the train in a sleeveless summer dress, bare arms, bare legs, open toed shoes- and people are in jackets, boots, scarves, you name it.
Where I can't wait to ditch my winter clothes as soon as it warms up enough and feel free and unrestrained, I find that is a rarity and most people love to hide in heavy, hot clothes.

I have on light weight pants and a 3/4 top. It is not cold enough for a jacket, but I have seen people do photo shoots in all kinds of outfits for the incorrect season.

its almost the perfect weather right now!!! it was still a little humid at some points of the day besides that and bugs!!! it would be perfect. i left my house in a dress and sandals and i was comfortable!!

maybe their office building is super cold? Outside it's still too hot for even a light jacket lol but some places keep their ac blasting and then I wish I had a jacket. I hate this time of year.

My office is cold too so I get it. But I would keep a light sweater or even a light jacket in the office- like a spring type jacket. Not a down puffer! It has to be bulky sitting around in that all day.
And if I did wear a puffer in the office in July, that baby would be coming off before I left the office and hit the streets (or Starbucks!)
The guy who came up to my office just came from the street- so he was wearing the jacket out on the streets of nyc (and maybe even the subways) where it was super humid and sticky yesterday. I actually found myself sweating when we were walking to our team dinner after work.

Oh my.
Not remotely chilly today IMO, went out first thing this morning in a t-shirt and shorts and I was just fine.

Puffer jacket today?
Yesterday felt cool to me, especially after the crazy hot weather we had a few days ago. I wore a sweatshirt a good part of the day, by mostly just in air conditioning. Definitely not cold enough for winter coats though!

we were at a museum in philly saturday when it was 100 degrees, and I walked past a girl on the line with black leggings, and a heavy hoodie jacket on. 
Im always cold..but today was not puffer jacket weather.
