So what are you doing? Any randoms for the day?
It’s a holiday here (Pentecost), so no work or shopping. I think I’m just going to spend the day cleaning and marking essays. SO is here later and I’m going to make a nice salmon curry.
They predicted a tornado here, but I really don’t think that can happen. Usually my app is right and I see the weather changing, but I can’t understand how they can predict a tornado so far in advance.
And you? How are you?

I am in a nasty mood today, and reading stupid e-mails at work this morning doesn't do anything to help my mood.
Doesn't help that the weather is not nice either.
I am going to plug in my earbuds and not pay attention to anyone. We leave for vacation soon, so I think I will plan out what to pack. Hopefully that will put me in a better mood.

I woke up cranky and anxious.
Probably the Monday Blues.
I laid there for 45 minutes worrying about work today and what I had to do and what the week would hold. It didn't help that my boss was sending emails at 530 am about what he had to do today etc.
Not pleasant to wake up to.
I finally had to pop some CBD gummies to calm down my anxiety.
And yes, the weather is blah, and I just feel BLAH

Somehow my house turned into a mess. It has been neat for 2 weeks, and it was like my family just decided to say f it all and let's make it a mess when we have company over for tonight. Plus I have an insane amount of laundry that I put off.

I think I'm allergic to my allergy medication 
I've been taking Allegra for allergies and lately I've been super itchy all over my body. It is driving me crazy!!! I haven't changed anything as far as products I use, except for now taking Allegra. Looked up potential side effects/reactions today and one of them is itchiness!!! (which is one of the things it's supposed to help )

No, it's not dry skin from the medication. It's an actual reaction to it (at least that's what it seems to be) I am not taking git anymore, so I will see if the itchiness goes away

I get the itchy feeling too from pain killers. I literally itch all over from my head to my feet. Non-stop until it wears off! So annoying!

Got my annual raise notification today. 
Social Security had a higher cost of living increase for 2019, at 2.8%.
And I work for a very profitable albeit foreign corporation. Sure as $hit doesn't trickle down to the peons who help make the profits.

we just finished our fiscal year and it's all doom and gloom.

i'm in a bit of a crafty place.
i'm working on a crochet blanket. it's a technique i've never done before. i got the hang of it and i'm loving how quick it works up and of all the possibilities for different designs.
i'm also making a list for christmas. all my gifts will be made from craft supplies i already own. i have to much sh!t in the house and i have to use them up.
