... you call the IT department and they speak to you as though you're the one who knows how the fix the problem and they have no clue what's going on.
i have a feeling i'll be doing some heavy drinking, today.
i guess we can turn this into a "first world problems" thread.

It's Friday, I leave the office at 4:20 because I get here at 7:30.
Today though, I have to stick around for a company Town Hall gathering because the president of our parent company is visiting. My group has been scheduled for a meet & greet at 5:00 !
That's really what I want to do on a Friday night in the summer......
Oh, have I mentioned that I work for a Japanese company. The bowing alone can take hours.

At least they had CONFIDENCE in you....beats the time I called the IT department and was asked if there was a "GUY" around that they could talk to in order to fix the problem !!!!
