Mini getaway
Any suggestions on a mini getaway for my DH 40th birthday?
I want to surprise him, it’s at the end of June
I’m thinking a maximum of 3 hours by car

See if there are any shows you guys might enjoy and grab tickets.
We like taking the ferry when it’s a nice day and then taking the ferry back to orient and driving by the farm stands on the way home

This. Great restaurants, great bars, great spa, nice hotel. Indoor pool and hot tub. Nice shops
We don't even gamble and we love going.

Water’s edge resort in Ct.. it is sooo beautiful and on the sound.. water is so calm.. restaurants in resort.. outdoor bar.. pool.. spa.. outlets very close.. Mohegan is not that far either! Mystic 30 mins away too
