Does anyone have any suggestions for a natural deodorant?

I currently have the Crystal brand and I'm not loving it. I feel (and think I smell like) a swamp.

Not for nothing -- everyone i know who wears natural deodorant smells :(
There is a girl at work that i love and no one has the heart to tell her.
I guess I wonder why even bother wearing anything if it doesnt do much.

I heard good things about Lume - and their ads are hysterical.

But I need the real stuff personally

Yes! I read the stuff on FB, and it cracks me up!

I've used Piper Wai, and it works, but I felt like I had to reapply as the day went on

I’ve heard good things about native brand but I’m afraid to try it. I sweat like a man. Especially w these hot flashes. I may take shot and try it. I really don’t love all the chemicals in the deodorant i use. For it to have 48 hour coverage-it can’t be good Chat Icon

I got a free sample of native and it made my armpits itch like a mofo and break out in a rash and I don't have sensitive skin

I've been using native. It works ok, I still sweats a lot. I have to reapply a lot (usually wipe with wippies before reapplying) I've stopped using regular deodorants antiperspirant because of some breast health concerns/scares. Pit paste and piperwei work as well as native too, just not as easy to apply. It's not ideal but it is what it is.

Re: Natural Deodorant

I just saw an ad that Dove is making an aluminum free deodorant now.
It's marketing towards young teens.
Wonder how it is.

Re: Natural Deodorant

I've always heard you need to detox your pits before expecting results. I don't know how true that is though. https://wellnessmama.com/25432/detox-your-armpits/

I tried one and it worked amazingly but I think the amount of baking soda in it did a number on my armpits. It was too harsh and created this dark color. It was gross being I live in tank tops during the summer and I didn't want to raise my arms because of it.
So I found a deodorant with more arrowroot powder than baking soda to be more beneficial.

Yes all true. I use piper wai. But there is definitely a detox period. After that you don’t smell.

Yes there is definitely a detox period. I use Native, and go back & forth to Degree according to what i wear. Native isn't an antiperspirant (just deodorant) and i sweat.

Natural Deodorant

I’ve worn Arm and Hammer naturals for about 9 years now. It’s aluminum and paraben free. Warning the unscented tyoe works better for me. In the winter months I’m fine. During summer you definitely have to reapply. It is usually sold at CVS, Target and Amazon.
