Guided meditation
Does anyone have any favorite apps or youtube channels for guided meditation. I've been going through some difficult health stuff and feel like this might be beneficial. TIA!

Re: Guided meditation
Calm app was good. I just don't have the patience for meditation but it was a good app. I also used Simple Habit and that was good too

I do them for groups in the psychiatric hospital I work in you can get a bunch online if you want to read through one. If not, the calm app is good so is headspace. There’s some good books out there too, I’m a huge fan of this book called: A book that takes its time, it’s not medication but more of a flow book.

insight timer. I had a stroke in my sleep and have panic attacks going to sleep sometimes. Some times I have an ansiety attack when I feel a tingle in my head. I use this when I am having those feelings. Hope it helps!
