Best cell provider?
I have ATT prepaid. I pay around $45 per month with all taxes and fees. I get unlimited talk and text. I have 5 or 6 Gigs of high speed data and when that runs out (which is almost never) I have the low speed data. I really like it.

Definitely NOT ATT&T. I’ve had it for 20 plus years and the cell service is awful. I hate change, but it’s time to switch.

With this do you need to buy a cellphone outright?

I agree...it's expensive but I've never had an issue. I pay $150/month for one phone. Unlimited talk & text & 4gb of data. But I like that they started to roll over unused data, so I never run out of it. That has the cost of the iphone built in & I have the insurance as well.

Re: Best cell provider?
I had AT&T and always had fantastic service. But the price was ridiculous. I just switched to T-Mobile and love it so far. 6 lines for $200 including unlimited talk/text/data- no additional taxes/fees. They will buy out your contract with your current provider, though we didn't need them to. They have BOGO phones (Samsung and Apple) right now. They pay for Netflix, even though I already had a netflix account. They gave us $250 rebate per line, so $1250 in rebates just for switching. Then while I was there getting my DH's phone backed up to switch everything over they just started handing me free stuff- water bottles, dog collars, red bull... apparently there's an app called T-Mobile Tuesdays where they just give out a new random thing for free every Tuesday.
