AND I GOT A BFP! I honestly don't believe it! I am in total shock right now. I knew I was feeling off (bloated, waves of nausea, cramps, stomach pains, etc.) but I feel like side effects of PIO, hyperstim, and pregnancy are all so similar. Beta is on Thursday... I hope it's the real deal! 
ETA: I tested out trigger so I know the + isn't from trigger
Update: Hyperstim symptoms have kicked in hardcore. I almost had DH take me to the ER last night the pain was so bad. Going in for beta tomorrow. Spoke with Dr and he will do a sono also. He told me not to eat or drink after midnight in case he needs to drain my stomach.
Update 7/6: I went in yesterday and they drained 2 liters of fluid from OHSS! I feel so much better today. I hope all that fluid doesn't come back.
Also, beta was 253!

Thanks so much! It went from 253 on 9dp5dt to 1330 on 13dp5dt. We saw the gestational sac this past Wednesday (15dp5dt)

I went in for a sono today. Still have fluid and my ovaries are huge and have cysts but she said it's not abnormal. Heard the heartbeat! OHSS have subsided for the most part and morning/all day sickness has kicked in but overall, I'm good! Thanks for asking!
