Eyebrows - so pissed
I knew when i called my usual place to make appt and they told me the girl I use wasn’t there anymore, that I should have just hung up and got out the tweezers. But , I’m trying to be more easy going about things and trusted the person on the phone who told me the other girl is great blah blah blah
My sil also goes there and she’s used the other girl without any problems.
Well ... my eyebrows are choppy as Fck
I told her to just clean them up, I’m growing them forever, the other girl was helping me shape them thru the last year little at a time and to please not trim them a lot Bc I have bald spots that the longer brows cover (thinks a mans combover) oh no problem blah blah blah
My friggin brows are screwed. It’s gonna take me forever to get them back. I just took some biotin 5k m and I’m gonna put some vitE on them tonight and every night in hopes they grow faster. I AM PISSED. I really should know better.
Now I have to fill these things in to the extreme and look like a maniac.
Is there Anything other than what I’m gonna do to help them grow faster?
It’s great. The biotin de helps but also makes my mustache grow in nicely too lol

I don't know if it works but I've read castor oil makes them grow.

I heard about Castor Oil working wonders too.
Give that a try.
And this is why I stopped going to get my brows done.
I just tweeze them at home and fill them in.
Too many butchers out there!

I stopped going to places after getting my brows ripped off with skin. I used to go to this place in Brooklyn - Concept Elite. Was a nice hair salon and they did waxing upstairs. I would drive to Brooklyn just to get them done when I moved here. Then that lady left and her replacement sucked lol . It had been YEARS and I was just hating the shape because me tweezing wasn't cutting it. Then this brow place opened by me so I took a shot. And she was fantastic. The shape got better and better.
I need to listen to my gut more!!! I KNEW when they said she wasn't there I shouldnt go. It's My DH's fault really. He tells me I need to be more easy going and not negative about things. This is what I get!!! He's in trouble!!! hahaha
Ok you both said castor oil and I don't have it. I think CVS does? Gonna run over there and grab some.

I'm sure any pharmacy would have it. Or try walmart. I'm with you on this. It's hard to be easy going with these things when you've been going to someone for years. Is she still doing brows in the area? Can you find out where she went so you can go back to her?

I got the castor oil for my eyebrows on amazon. Came with a small comb for either your lashes or brow.

Just wanted to add that this morning I woke up and have small scabs on both of my eyes where she waxed. I called them and let them know she needs to be spoken to. I knew they looked more red than usual (She left the wax on too long) but today had some scabbing.
EXTRA PISSED!

OMG I would be too!! My mom MADE me get my brows waxed when I was a senior in high school. Yes, I had caterpillars, but the lady left the wax on too long, burnt my skin, and I had huge scabs!! My eyebrows were SO thin, I remember the guidance counselor at school asking what happened to me!  I have never gotten them waxed since!

I’ve also heard that you should avoid getting moisturizer in your eyebrows. Seems to prevent growth. Don’t know how true it is, but it can’t hurt right?

I was this too and have been making sure to avoid my brows when I moisturize.
Wanted to update: castor oil and bitcoin def doing their jobs! My eyebrows are growing way faster then they usually do. I am still filling in but it’s not taking me forever to make them look normal.

Wow, I'm so glad I read this. I slather my face with moisturizer morning and night and was wondering why my eyebrows have not been growing for the past year.

Lash Boost by Rodan and Fields will work on brows.
Castor Oil too.
Take biotin.
Can put biotin oil on them.
