Best supplements to boost immunity
Without going crazy
Now I take probiotic
Multi Vitamin
Vit D3
Vit C
Should I add anything else?
Currently on day 4 of the flu 
And I’m thinking of revamping my arsenal to help me rebuild my immune system. I’ve been getting sick easily since I had reactivated Epstein Barr in September.

1000 vit C
50-100 zinc daily
I survived whatever got my husband and son last weekend for four days.

Zinc!! My friends told me zinc this week and I forgot to grab it. Gonna throw that in the mix too.
Elderberry keeps coming up. I have to try that as well. I’m allergic to strawberries and cranberries but not blueberries. So hopefully not elderberry. We will see. I think I saw these in lozenges / gummies at CVS
Nell - those supplements sound amazing but they are big. I’m a baby with swallowing pills. As it is I take each one separately every day it takes me forever to swallow the big ones. I have gagged - full on heaving , from centrum ! Even the VitC I take is chewable because all the others were too big.

I believe they sell a powder form that you can mix in a drink.
Zinc is great...but a word of warning...do NOT take zinc on an empty stomach. I learned that the hard way when I sucked on a zinc lozenge on the way to work one morning and almost had to pull over to vomit. No joke. Always take with food

Def elderberry syrup, it's potent if u take it the right way! Plus it's so easy to make! I follow this recipe...Recipe
Also fire cider is just as potent, there are some local ppl that sell it or u can make ur own but it takes about a month til it's ready Recipe
