Jones Beach Light Show Advance Tickets
Is there any reason to buy an advance ticket? The advance tickets are $20, but then ticketmaster adds on a $5 fee, so it's the same price as buying a $25 ticket at the gate. Personally I'd rather give the $5 to the light show than to ticketmaster.
Does it save time or anything?

Jones Beach Light Show Advance Tickets
We're planning on going on a weekday, so it's $25 at the gate. I guess that's one perk - putting it on a card instead of using cash.
Just curious if it saves time or if you all wait in the same line anyway.

Check out groupon - i got my ticket last week for $15 (they were running 20% off).

No, it doesn’t save time because there isn’t a separate line for pre-paid tickets. We went last weekend and I bought online so I did save $5.

Doesn't save any time....all cars drive through same way.
