If anyone is looking for a daytime workout
I just joined fit mommas. They meet at 930am on Tues and Thurs at Belmont and Holtsville ecology center on Wed at 930am. Great group of moms and a great workout. It's free to join. Only fee is the holtsville ecology center parking which is $5

Ohh... I misunderstood... is this fitness to do with your kids in tow? Mine is now in school and I'd love to find a group of other sahm's that want to work out together.

Yeah mostly everyone has a kid in tow but some don't. Come and try it and see how you like it.
