Polar Express Tickets
i've done the kingston ny one. its so fun we did it twice so far. but i follow them all on fb so i know when they go sale lol
they give hot coco ( really not so hot coco hahaha( 2 cookies to start) then they start reading the book the polar express and the train ride stsrts. The elves play games and sing and dance. stop at the "North Pole" santa gets on and greets every one in each car. Gives a polar express bell ornament as a gift. I think its like 1 1/2 hours. Its really cute
I have heard good things about the Essex CT one

Wow I want to go! When do they go on sale? How much are they around? Do you stay overnight? Any other recommendations of things to do in the area?

Re: Polar Express Tickets
Tickets for the Riverhead Polar Express went on sale yesterday. Tickets are $53 each. I've never been, but plan on going the Saturday after Thanksgiving.

Any idea when Kingston goes on sale? I think I may try to plan a fun overnight with it this year. Last one we went on was 3 years ago- the Essex one.

Polar Express Tickets
Children under 2 can ride on a lap free (except during Polar Express). Youth aged 2-12 qualify for a child’s fare, youth 13 and over qualify for the adult fare.
My son is 1. I guess I have to pay $40 for him.
