favor for 8 year old luau party?
I was thinking of giving each girls at the party a pair of flip flops but my daughter saw these cups -http://www.partycity.com/product/seas+the+day+double+wall+tumbler.do?sortby=ourPicks&navSet=109852
and liked them.
I feel like every party we go to we get either a plastic cup or a bag of crappy little toys.
Which do you think the girls would like better? or any other suggestions?

You could do beach/pool toys. I don't like the plastic cup with junk so I would go more toward the flip flops - at least they're practical and won't be thrown away.

We did a $5 beach towel from 5 below and it was a huge hit (with the kids AND the parents  )

We did beach towels last year and everyone loved them! I was just looking to do something a little different this year.

favor for 8 year old luau party?
I like the flip flop idea and then you can have an activity at the party where they decorate them. Get some fabric and cut it into strips and have them tie them on the flip flops. Unique and fun!

DD got a really cute and soft emoji blanket a few months ago at a party. The mom said she got them at 5 Below.
