New Mattress
My husband and I need a new King Size Mattress - ours has got to be 10 years old at this point and its sinking and my lower back is feeling it, lol.
I am soo lost when it comes to mattress shopping. what do people get these days? Springs, memory foam...?
Can anyone recommend something reasonably priced?
Anyone have a bob-o-pedic? I just dont really have the time these days to waste an entire day Mattress shopping. I pretty much just want to order it and have it show up at my house, lol.

You need to go lie on it.
I personally didn't like Memory Foam.
I laid on it and hated it.
But some people love it.
What works for your back, may not work for mine and vice versa.
I liked Sleepy's when we went because they have this computer that scans your body as you lay on the test bed in different positions (side, back, etc) and spits out what might be good for you to go try and lay on

I agree you need to try them. Everyone loves temperpedic/bobopedic and i hated it, every minute of it.... I was too hot, my hips always hurt, my knees hurt..etc...i threw it out. Once I got a new mattress, that all went away. It just wasn't for me.
On a recent FB group, the Casper mattress was getting high grades.

I had a memory foam and it failed after 5 years. I had a warranty claim. But I hated it anyway we went back to a traditional spring mattress.

I've had a memory foam for about 8 years, and now I hate spring mattresses, even the expensive ones at some hotels... 
It really is personal preference. Some like firmer mattresses, some like softer, etc.

We hated our memory foam mattress, made me sweat like crazy and it developed a huge hump in the middle.
We wound up with a Beautyrest firm mattress from Raymour & Flaanigan.
You have to lie on the mattress for a while to test it out. I'm a stomach sleeper so that''s how I laid on it. Laying on my back didn't do anything for me. DH is a side sleeper so he did the same.

Got a memory foam, adjustable bed from Costco. Most amazing bed ever. We ended up doing the iflip, one side if firm, one side is soft.
Seriously, I have spent a ridiculous amount of money on pillows aND now that I have this bed, I don't even use a pillow!

Might as well wait for the sales. We bought our mattress from PC Richards, believe it or not. We're very happy with it almost 2 years later.

We have a memory foam from Costco that's over 10 years old. I used to love it but now dh complains nonstop about how hot he gets. We've added a cooling topper and a breathable pillow top. I think it's a little better in terms of the heat but now it's way too soft and kills my back. We either need central air or a new mattress!
