What are your Mother's Day plans?
This is my first Mother's Day as a mommy of 2. Usually we host brunch for our families but honestly, this year, I would really like to spend my Mother's Day celebrating me. I think I'd like to do brunch out with DH and the kids. Other than that though, I have no idea.
What are your plans for Mother's Day this year?

We are going to Myrtle Beach mother's day weekend (for a long weekend). Found cheap flights that I couldn't pass up!

What are your Mother's Day plans?
We normally revolve the day around MIL. Last year I took my DS to FL to visit my mom so DH was able to spend the day with his mom without drama.
This year I told DH I want do what I decide and that he needs to pick a different day for his mom.

Breakfast in Disney and then flying home.............it's the last day of our 10 day vacation in WDW.

Hibernating.
I don't have children and my mom is passed, so it is really an empty day for me.
Strangers mean well when they wish a Happy Mother's Day, but inside it hurts.

What are your Mother's Day plans?
Botanical gardens and prospect zoo. My dh always hosts a brunch which is nice but I feel like it monopolizes the day. This year is my last as a mother of one so I want to enjoy it with dd. She and I are going to get manis and pedis the day before.

Brunch at my daughter's house. It's my granddaughter's birthday so they are having the family for a combined Mother's Day, birthday celebration.

Our tradition is the North Fork. We usually stop at a couple of wineries then spend the rest of the day at Harbes.

I'm so sorry for your loss. I do have two kids, but having lost my mom it has and always will be a tough day for me. Bittersweet at best.

We always go to church. This year, DS will be one month old and we will have his blessing that day so it will be a double celebration for me! By the time we get home, everyone is tired and my then 21 mo old will need a nap.
We'll most likely order in for late lunch/early dinner. I'd love to go out but not this year with the baby and it's even tough with my older ones too who are almost 4 and 2.
