London Hotels
My DH and my 2 kids (6&8) are going to London this summer. Wanted to see if anyone had any hotel recommendations. I am not set on an area and was hoping for some suggestions on where to start.
TIA!

We stayed at the Club Quarters Trafalgar Square when we went as a couple. We had a discount through work at that hotel line. It was a nice place, great location. However, the hotel has small rooms. it was fine for us as 2 people, but with kids it wouldn't have worked, 1 queen bed room with no floor space.
When I went in college with the school, we stayed at the Thistle by Tower Bridge. The hotel as a remember it, was nice. The location wasn't the best at the time. not that it was unsafe or anything, just in the business district with not much in the way of night life or convenience to the sites.

I went with my mom - actually 20 years ago this spring - and stayed at the Copthorne Tara which still looks like it gets great reviews. It was close to the metro and Hyde Park.
