I'm gonna jump in here too -yay!

i have been kick starting whole 30 ... but then falling on my face a few times.

drinking, eating, not exercising has me close to my high for the past few years- but steady.

i want to lose 30lb ultimately.

I am extra motivated to do the whole 30 now for increased fertility. DAY 3!

I need to get out and exercise-- spring / summer has always been a good motivator for me. I will do it!!

and i would like to try WW ultimately (after W30 if not PG)

I did pretty well this week! I did 2 fitness blender workouts each day, tues-Friday. I love that they have so many, I've yet to repeat a workout & I'm so sore lol

Starting week 4 of turbo fire tomorrow. Also bought a bag of the 310 shakes and for 6 days drinking two a day and one meal. Today is day 3 and im starving lol but the scale says im down 1.5lbs so ill take it. Then back to mostly paleo eating and usually one cheat meal a week

This week was not good for me. My birthday was Wednesday and I got a stomach bug that afternoon. Still trying to get back on my feet. Hoping to start fresh on Monday.

I've gotten way too comfortable being a lazy ass. Enough is enough. I refuse to buy bigger clothes and/or complain about being fat.

Last October, I bought a fitbit, but hadn't really used it. This month, they started a step challenge at work, and it has been the perfect catalyst to get me started.

I am tracking EVERYTHING. I also bought running shoes and began c25k again.

I want to be back at my single weight... 145 (which is still a little chubby for my height... but anything less and I look like I'm dying)



You'll be back to it before you know it. Wear your Fitbit daily and keep us posted on your progress with C25k! It's such an amazing program! Are you feeling confident enough to schedule a 5k in the future? This way you have a goal in mind?



yes, my fitbit is helping to keep me on track.
i'm not ready for a real race, but i will be signing up for a virtual race for next month. that way, it doesn't matter where i am in my progress, i can still participate.

this weekend, i decided to do a bit of at-home exercises. i'm doing some simple/basic core exercises.

i'm happy to say i'm down 8.2lbs Chat Icon

I didn't working out at all this weeken, was suppose to go Saturday and didn't make it. I also has nachos at the theater.

Today I am doing a cardio dance class after work with a friend, so hopefully I can get 4-5 days in this week.

Happy birthday - but boo for getting sick. I hate when I'm start a new healthy lifestyle and end up getting sick. I hope you're regaining strength!

Me too! They even have ones labeled "for people who get bored" lol...and they never repeat a set.

My calves have been killing me for 3 days, I need bengay!

I'd love to jump into thus thread.

I just started getting back on track about 6 weeks ago. Im trying to lose 5 pounds and tighten up after 2 csections in 2 years. I joined a beach body accountability group 3 weeks ago and love it!!! It's been keeping me on track and focused.

I've been doing 21 day fix workouts (not diet plan) and eating as clean as possible. I def feel stronger and tighter. Need to keep at it.

I have been following WW since Friday. So far so good. I went to a dance class Friday and did some lifting after.
Today i took a morning Zumba class and lifted heavy - upper body after the class as well.
I've been getting over 10k steps a day and have been drinking a gallon of water each day as well.

Weigh in is on Friday.

Feeling good!

I did an hour cardio dance class in the city yesterday and completed day 9 of the green smoothie cleanse.

Monday - 50 minute Hill Intervals GCN Cycling
Tuesday - 20 minute Fat Burning Indoor GCN Cycling
I am going to try to fit in a BBG Arms workout this afternoon, but I am tight on time and will need to see if my DS will cooperate and let me.

I have been eating relatively well - although I do allow myself a treat after dinner.

I'm loving reading these updates!
Everyone is doing great - both in eating and fitness.

Today is a rest day, but I did managed to start hip thrust with just the bar. I can't help myself. Chat Icon
Goal is to also get my 10k steps in on my rest day too.
Macros are planned for the day & I don't see a problem hitting them.

2017 Spring Shred

I'm sort of jumping in. I had acl surgery last week so obviously no exercise for me outside of my PT but since my injury in January I couldn't stop eating or drinking.

My goal until I can get back to running is to keep my eating healthy n check. Right now I don't have much of an appetite and no drinking cause I'm taking a ton of pain meds.

I am back at 21 day fix (day 2). I want to lose 20! I remember how much stronger I felt just after 3 weeks. How is the weight loss going?

Got my strength training workout in last night. I hate dragging myself to the gym, but I do feel better after going.

After moving at a snail's pace with weight loss, I had my biggest loss so far of 3.5lbs this week!

Took a step class at the gym today. It's hard for me push myself like I want because I am still nursing a stress fracture in my femur. But I definitely Got a good workout.

Sticking to my WW points. Yesterday was a hungry day. Hoping today isn't the same. One thing I can't stand is going to bed really hungry. I couldn't sleep because of it.

One day at a time. Can't wait for Friday's weigh in. Hoping for at least a 2 lb loss.
