Anyone have a good (kinda healthy) stir fry recipe? Steak/chicken/shrimp??

I cook the protein separately. Then I throw veggies in a wok with coconut aminos. I use tons of garlic and onions. The. Once the veggies are done I toss in the protein and mix it all up. There's really nothing to it. If I want a bigger meal I throw in Shirataki noodles.

Stir fry?
I never follow a recipe. I just buy a bunch of veggies and pick my protein and then make a sauce out of soy and pineapple juice.
