Passport photo for passport renewel
My passport is expiring and I just went online to download form. My question is, did you go somewhere to have photo taken or did you just take a picture? Not sure how this works

Once I went to a photo place (someplace out of business now) and once I did it myself.
It looked like someone was getting it done at the costco photo center.

I just had mine done at Walgreens. They had specific requirements. Had to put my hair behind my ears and no smiles. White background.

I downloaded an app on my iPhone and took the pic myself. I just had to make sure it was a white background and printed it up. I think I sent 2 pics in with my application and got my passport in the mail.
