Spinoff: What type of watch do you wear?
More people here wear watches than I was expecting.
What type of watch do you wear?
I have a digital watch that connects to my PC via a USB connection.
I do have an older analog watch that I received as a gift when I was a teenager that I wear for special occasions.

A 12 year old Bulova two tone for everyday, the "award" from my company when I hit 10 years here.
A Citizen EcoDrive for dressier.
I'm not into spending a lot of money on fancy watches.

I rotate between 4 -5. I wear a Ann Klein one mostly. Regular old fashioned watch.

Citizen eco drive that DH bought for me in st Thomas while on our honeymoon 7 years ago. I never take it off.

A 14 year old Movado DH got on a clearance sale for our 1st Anniversary. I never take it off.
I've always worn a watch (Bulova then Ebel) but this is the nicest

I almost always wear my watch, but I take it off to shower and to sleep. There are some other random times I take it off. If I'm welding, I take it off, if I'm in the pool (even though it's waterproof, the chlorine affects it).

Yup! I'm the type of person that if I take off a piece of jewelry, I'll never remember to put it back on. Everything I wear is never removed unless it's to clean it or a medical reason. I keep my wedding ring, watch, and earrings on pretty much 24/7. I took my necklace off for some reason a few months ago and I still haven't put it back on lol.

I posted a calculator watch on the last thread as a joke.
Seriously I wear analog no number watches. It comes from when I was a kid. My older brother was learning to read time and was having trouble. Being nearly 4yrs younger and trying to be just like my older brother, I learned how to do it instead. I was bored. hahaha He resented that I learned how to read time first and faster.
Fast forward decades later. I wear analog watches without numbers, he wears only digital watches.
My all time favorite was my goofy watch which was backwards. Drove him crazy!
Generally it really is my Tatooine Sand Capsule watch, Eco watch or Wood/Pine watch. So rather large on my wrist to very thin. I have a VERY small wrist so it's hard to find things that fit me.
