Donating Wedding Dress
Has anyone had success with donating their wedding dress ? Every place I find has a "not older than 5 years" rule and mine is coming up on 10 years.
I'd like to bring it somewhere and not spend money shipping it if possible.

How do they know how old it is?
Do they ask for proof?

Donating Wedding Dress
My friend donated her dress to a company that makes gowns for babies that are stillborn and are buried in them. She used a company on Long Island (I don't know the name) but there are companies that are all over the country if you wanted to ship it.
A lot places call them Angel Gowns.
ETA: She used this company
