You'd also have to be aware that many homes don't have a kitchen set up for something like this. Either a kitchen laid out so people can't see what you're doing, insufficient equipment/workspace, etc.

In general, I think it's a good idea, though.

Thanks! I thought of that as well with the kitchen layout. I'm thinking it's something I'd need to discuss with potential customers beforehand to ensure that they have a suitable space and appliances. I'd bring everything else with me....... Kitchen tools, pans, etc.

Thanks again everyone!! Chat Icon

Thank you to everyone who joined my FB group. Chat Icon I'm hoping to be able to post more often now that my DD is back in school, it'll be a lot easier to cook and bake with only one kid home instead of two......... No fights to break up. lol Chat Icon

Cooking parties are so much fun. I know my friend paid like $1000+ for a cooking party for 10 kids in Manhattan.

If you were local, I would sign up for a cooking class. I think price would depend on what type of food you are cooking. Lobster and steak will obviously cost more than chicken and rice.

I have been looking for a kids cooking class or class for myself, but I live in PA and have had no luck.

I definitely think its something that could work though.
