Mine took a long time to arrive. I think it was just over a month. Keep trying customer service.
Just checked, it actually took almost 2months for my bag to arrive. I do love it though.

I just ordered one last week and they told me 10 days. I didn't get it personalized or a shipping confirmation though. I was hoping to get it before the end of summer.

My Initials Inc rep said shipping times are a little longer right now because of the retirement sale. But, she said up to 15 days...
Do you have a rep you can work with directly as well?

I just came on since I got the same email as well - and it says in there 15+ days...
Kind of annoyed - the rep I worked with didn't mention the retirement party. I would've been fine paying $10 less for that pattern!

This has been a record setting month for the company, shipping times have NEVER been this slow. Usually they say 10 days and it isn't even that long, I apologize for any inconvenience this has caused any of you, The fall winter catalog just released and it is gorgeous.

How long did it end up taking overall? I ordered over 2 weeks ago, my card was charged almost 2 weeks ago and I haven't received shipping notification yet.
I understand it's taking awhile but, I'm annoyed that they charged me before shipping.

I'd have to say it took about 3+ weeks.....but, when I did contact them asking about it, they did email me right away and followed up with a phone call and the lady was extremely nice about it. So all is well and I do love the bag!

I'm just wondering what everyone typically uses this bag for. I know it fits a ton of stuff, but doesn't it get heavy on your shoulder? I can't imagine carrying it for a long time, like through an airport.

I plan on using mine for the pool. I need a big bag to hold towels and some toys and such. I currently have a LL Bean boat and tote but, i got one with the shorter straps and I have had it forever so I need something new.
I had the Thirty One bag for awhile too but, it didn't fit enough stuff (and somehow it's missing).

It's too big for a carry on on a plane.
I use it for the beach mainly. Fits EVERYTHING- 3-4 bulky towels plus everything else I schlep to the beach- sand toys, books, beach blanket, sunscreen, water bottles.
I also use it for road trips- I pack everything under the sun it- stuff to keep DD occupied in the car, snacks for the room, anything i need to pack for a trip that isn't in the suitcases
I also use it for outdoor concerts/picnics/wineries when we are dragging a bunch of stuff that isn't in the cooler.

Mine should finally be here tomorrow!!! I ordered it on 7/21 (they said 7/25) and it shipped on Saturday finally.
