I have to agree , hit songs , and she is always pushing body positivity after her personal struggles with self image . I'm sorry I think she's an incredible role model and I don't think she is a D list celebrity at all :

 I have to disagree. She's had several hit songs in the past year. Last summer alone she had 2 hits that did very well (Cool for the Summer and Confident). She's very relevant right now. I would put her in the same category of relevancy as an Arianna Grande or an Ellie Goulding.
