Theresa guidice home from prison and.....
ETA: Just a note. I don't hate them at all. I want them to spend their money the way they want, and how they want.
I did NOT realize that all the restitution was paid off (is it?) and she is prob making millions from Bravo, and yes, her book deal.
My point was if you still owe money for restitution its moronic to have a brand new Lexus/Jag/whatever in the driveway.
Lets not forget the reason they are in this whole position is she wanted to show off to the cameras, and paid $110k in CASH for her furniture on the first episode. My DH and I looked at each other and were like "Clock is ticking until they are investigated".
If I am wrong consider me corrected.

I literally can't believe these morons.
She went to prison for lying about getting loans.
She went to prison for hiding assets.
He is going to prison for those things AND not paying taxes.
And what does she come home to his morning?
A brand new jag in the driveway with a bow.
By they way, that she can't drive until February when her home confinement is done.
I have no prob with gifts. Spend your money the way you want. But when you are coming home from prison for tax evasion, asset evasion and bankruptcy evasion......

I'm sure they are making millions off the People Magazine and Bravo stuff. I believe the restitution was paid off, so who cares how they spend their money now? I just have to laugh at how many people "hate' them, but are posting all over FB about them

I would totally go to jail for a year for 11m or whatever it was she stole. She definitely made off well in this deal.

The only benefit of the doubt I can give is perhaps a local dealer loaned it to them for a few months, knowing the promotion and pictures that it would be in.

I don't see anything wrong with it. I doubt they took on more debt to get, or lied to get a loan for it.
Restitution has been paid and they paid their home out of foreclosure. She makes $$$$ and he works too, so why can't they buy a new car?

I get that they can do what they want with their money, but I think there is also something to be said for being a little humble and not doing something that will make you look like an asshole.
This made them look like assholes, IMO.

I read today that they still owe over $200k in restitution. Not sure if it's true but if it is, and even if the car's a gift, it's not smart to have it out in front of the cameras.
