tollhouse recipe
going to make the tollhouse choc chip cookies using the recipe on the back of the bag.
Any tips so the cookies are soft not hard?

tollhouse recipe
Store them in a cookie tin. Cook them on parchment paper. Take them out right before they look done. If they're brown, they're probably over cooked.

put in lower amount of recommended time, if the top is not moist then are done. Remember they will continue to cook once out.

Bake them on parchment paper - it makes a huge difference in how they rise.
I also take them out a minute or two early. They will continue to cook on the baking sheet even when they are out of the oven.
