I twirl my hair with my pointer and middle finger. I've been doing it since I was 12 or so.

I bite the inside of my cheeks.
I rub my right ear...the top of it. I've done that since I was a child and it's a sure sign that I'm either very bored or pretty uncomfortable.
I crack my knuckles all the time. Sometimes out of nervousness.

I teeth grind.
I also have the nervous laugh and will often joke when I'm stressed.
I used to work in a very stressful environment and would do this and it would piss off already psycho co-workers to no end because they thought I wasn't taking my job seriously.
FWIW though, I think it's better to laugh and joke your way through a tough situation instead of cry (especially in front of your male bosses) which is what at least one of them grown-ass women would do.
