Diclegis?

Hi everyone! Has anyone taken diclegis for MS? I've been on zofran since I was 7 weeks (12.5 now) and since I tossed it right up this morning I feel like it's the perfect opportunity to try out the diclegis. Pre- zofran I was vomiting about 12 times a day, 1-2 with zofran.

I took Zofran with my first and Diclegis with my second. The Diclegis worked better for me plus I wasn't constipated for 9 months like I was with my first! ( TMI)

Diclegis?

Not personally but it's pretty much Vitamin B6 and Unisom. When I had MS with DD, I would take B6 during the day and then pair it with the unisom at night because it's a sleep aid and otherwise I'd be passing out in the middle of the day lol.

With dd I was very sick and took the Unisom/B6 cocktail every night before bed. It worked wonders and I felt better the whole next day. This time around, my MS is not nearly as bad, but I am still taking Unisom often because of pregnancy insomnia.

Re: Diclegis?

i have taken B6/unisom combo almost my whole 2 pregnancies (started it earlier with this one, but took it through the end first time and still doing it at 33 weeks this time). It has helped, but did not make it stop completely.

my midwife said that diclegis is more for nausea and zofran is for vomiting. i take both since i have both issues and am finally feeling better.

I took it and it was a complete lifesaver. I was always nauseous (I never actually threw up) so I took it until about week 13 and was 100% better

I've been taking it for a week and it helps. I only take it at night though. The bottle says 2 at night and 1 in the morning but I find it makes me tired so I haven't been taking it at night.

Diclegis?

I had MS my entire pregnancy and early on was prescribed diclegis. It didn't really do anything for me to be honest.
