38 weeks pregnant and movement
Hi ladies. So this morning from 3 to 5 am, it was as if there was a party in my uterus.....baby was moving so much and the head is really far down. I was convinced that this was it. I've had lots of pressure because the head is so low but then when I was finally able to go to sleep around 6 ish, I woke up feeling little movement. Has this happened to anyone before? Is this an indication of anything? I'm a FTM and would really like to make it to at least 39 weeks if not 40. Thanks!

Sounds like the baby was awake and moving, and then went to sleep. I don't think it's an indication of anything, except the baby being a normal baby.

Im at 38 weeks too and am having lots of gymnastics and karate going on too! haha I don't think baby movement is any indicator of going into labor though...

Baby probably just wanted some exercise. DD was having a party in my uterus almost all day every day even when I was in the middle of my induction due to low fluid lol.

My babies were all very active up until I delivered. I also felt pressure the last few weeks, but never went into labor early.
