Anybody bored & want to help??? Update!!!!
I'm entering a national public speaking competition for my field (dentistry) in June. It's like a ted talk, 10 minutes, no powerpoint, no notes, no props. Judged by my peers and leading speakers.
I've got to send in my synopsis by tomorrow and I'm struggling with a title.
It's a customer service talk, I tell a story that involves stand up paddleboarding (which I love) and how it relates to a poor customer service experience I had.
The title needs to offer some clairty on my subject, yet seem compelling
I will talk about three points/lessons/values of customer service as the main content. The purpose is not really for me to deeply teach the content, but just prove that I can through speaking
Here are my three titles choices so far
1) 3 ways to get it right with your patient experience the first time
2) No second chance to make a great first impression: Three easy steps to get it right
3) The Three Core Values of Creating Exceptional Patient Experiences Every Time
4)None of the above-
I'm TOTALLY open to suggestions!!!

Ah ok..I did notice the core connection because your post had mentioned it was about paddleboarding. Not sure if I would've caught that had I not known the topic but its still a great title, I think.

I just have to say LIF is truly one of the best resources for just about anything. I was just on the phone with my coach reading her some of the suggestions & she cannot believe how awesome they are and that they came from a message board! THANK YOU ALL!!!

Thanks for asking!
I got a response at the last minute from the person I needed to send the application to. She told me I have about two weeks to adjust the title and synopsis so I went with number two, but I'm working on changes to the synopsis so I can use something with get on board.
