Howard beach restaurant

I would like to get a gift certificate for a restaurant for someone who is ill right now. She lives in Howard beach. I would like to have it sent by email since I don't know when i will be able to get it to her. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Howard beach restaurant

I had a terrible experience at Vetro and would never go back so I don't recommend them.

These aren't in HB but they are close on Metropolitan, Barosa, London Lennies and Woodhaven House

Really i'm surprised at Vetro! We've had good experiences there.

The last time we went to Woodhaven House we weren't excited. I think it changed hands.

Haven't tried Barosa but have to get there.

Lenny's Clam Bar for sure! I believe Vincent's is closed. If you wanted to do takeout you could get New Park. Saffron is good too! There's also a hibachi place over there that's good but I can't remember the name.

I had a very bad experience at London Lennie's. Barosa's is awesome and not terribly far....their chocolate martinis are the greatest thing ever.

As I'm typing this I just told DH I wanted to go home (I'm on my couch) so I had to clarify- not our house, home to QueensChat Icon

I was with a bunch of girl friends for dinner, we were giving our friend a little dinner "sprinkle". We all ordered drinks, apps, main, and everyone got coffee or after dinner drink. My friend made cupcakes bc it was a sprinkle. The waiter rushed us out of there telling us he needed the table, meanwhile there were plenty of free tables, it was a week night. Gratuity was included bc we were a large group and I suppose he wanted us out so his section could have new people and he could get more tips, he was incredibly pushy and rude about it, it was not like were even hanging around long, like our coffees were not even finished, it was so so rude and I will never go back and I am not a touchy person.

That is disgusting. The manager would've got an earful from me. And now look at the business they lost!
