For those of you that used Fernando.
After several years, is your patio still perfect? We are getting our patio redone this spring and I know you ladies love him. Does his work hold up? By that I mean, does it look as good as the day it was installed?

Agreed and I'll add he did our front steps as well. One of the treads broke (2years later) and he replaced it at no charge. He really is a great genuine guy to deal with.

Both...... Def. speak with him - he did amazing work at my house.... I was very. Happy I used him....

Sorry to hijack but does fernando repave driveways? Not with pavers, just plain cement like a sidewalk? tia

He tore out a deck and put in a paver patio for us in the summer of 2012. Still looks great and is holding up wonderfully. There are pics from the initial install in my album.
And yes, he does all work - pavers, brick, cement, blacktop.

He did our front stoop and walkway about 2 years ago and it still looks good. Wonderful to work with - even fixed some of our lose pavers in the backyard since there were extra pavers leftover.

Fernando extended our patio with cement, so I would assume so.
To the OP or anyone else, we also had Fernando put in walkways, not pavers, but slate and they are fabulous! It's been 4 or 5 years & they still look like new!
