Sick mom and breastfeeding.
DS is 10 months old and I am exclusively pumping. Today I got the stomach bug that's going around and I have a fever. Is it ok for me to give him what I pump? Or do I pump and dump?

You can absolutely feed your baby when you are sick. (I know easier said than done when you feel like crap.) I fed both babies through every dang bug I got, DS for 12 months, DD for 21 months. I pumped through it all too. Feel better mama!

Yes, this is true. When I was BFing and got sick, dd never got sick.
