IPhone and Apple Store vent
I dropped my phone and my screen cracked...yes my fault, but they don't have any appointments for repair until Monday (first available)and that's at Walt Whitman(live in Baldwin Harbor and work in Mineola) Apple needs to open more locations.

You can try taking it to a repair place just to fix the screen. I'm sure the apple store is crazy right now with everyone coming in with their holiday presents learning how to work them.

Its the time of year.
So many people got new devices and such for the holidays so I am sure lots of people are having issues/figuring stuff out, so more appointments are booked.

Try the repair place - quicker and more convenient.
They have kiosks at Roosevelt Field that does it.
The apple stores literally give me hives and make me hyperventilate.

I LOATHE the apple store - I avoid it at all costs.
There are a lot of places that just fix the screens, no need to go to Apple -
