Portion Size
This may be a dumb topic but I need major help with controlling portion size. Is there a guide or book for portion sizes of different foods out there?

If you are on pinterest just search portion sizes. They have charts with the food and how big. For example...dark chocolate should be about the size of a dental floss container.

You should look into the 21-day fix plan by Beachbody- totally helped me with portion sizes!

I use the 21 Day Fix - it has taught me what to eat and how much to eat. I have lost 40 lbs already.
