Yes. That is how I did it. I only pumped the first 6 weeks. I was doing 50/50 BM/Formula and then as my supply went down I did 25/75 BM/Formula until I was done. I swirled it around before giving it.

Same here!
If BM was cold from fridge I would heat up for a few seconds before mixing.

how do you mix formula and BM ?
If using powder you can make formula (mix powder & water) first then add BM to it. Or RTF just pour desired amt of ounces then add BM to it.
