Which is the best sunset dinner in Aruba? ADDED QUESTION
We went last year for only 3 nights and never got around to doing a sunset dinner. In fact we tend to nap around sunset and then go out for late dinners and then drinks. 
We are going for 5 nights in late July and we would like to do one stand out sunset dinner. Where would you recommend?
Eta- we're thinking Simply Fish since it's most convenient from the Raddison. They have a 6:15 reservation. We will still see the sunset right? Should we get there a little early and have a drink? Do they have a bar?

it wasn't a dinner (but you do get awesome grilled cheese, lol) but the sunset sail and snorkel on the Black Pearl was awesome

I always wanted to try the Black Pearl!!
Flying Fishbone was great but far away and crowded.
ETA: OK so it was simply fish. food was delicious and it was right on the beach.

There is a restaurant that offers dinner on the beach , literally, Simply Fish. We didn't eat there because we had the kids, but everyone recommended it, locals and visitors.

Which is the best sunset dinner in Aruba?
Loved the atmosphere at Flying Fishbone - made a reservation for a little bit before sunset (maybe 1/2 hour to an hour), sat at a table right at the water's edge/in the water(as the tide rose). It was great.

I'd also recommend the fish place at the marriott, you like eat on the beach right outside the marriott hotel... im forgetting the name im sorry, if I remember I'll update.

We've done Simply Fish, Flying Fishbone and Black Pearl. Loved them all!!

We love passions sunset dinner right on the beach by manchebo hotel it's amazing food is good atmosphere is beautiful they have a piano playing its truly special

The place by the Lighthouse! Just mention that to your taxi driver & he will know where to go. I can't remember name of restaurant.

LOVED Simply Fish. We stayed at the Marriott and really enjoyed the atmosphere there at sunset.
(Not for sunset dinners, but general dinners -- I'd also highly recommend The Screaming Eagle.)

Oops you already said that! Yes you will be there for sunset if you linger over dinner. Have drinks, order dessert... That should do it.

they sat us early and we drank there before ordering. they do have a bar i believe but i don't remember it being very nice. better to just sit at your table and YES you see the sunset

I think you will be early with 6:15. I remember going up sometimes at 6 in August and the sun was still out. I would see what the weather is like that day and keep the reservation for 6:15.

we are going also late July I booked simply fish for our 10 year anniversary dinner. I think our reservation is at 630. you can look up online the time of sunsets! we have never been to Aruba so I am counting the days and so excited!! When are you going?
