Paint color help please! Cream color?
We just closed on out house yesterday and are in the process of painting. I was looking for a nice tan/beige for the majority of the first floor and through researching previous posts I found that shaker beige was highly recommended and I went with it and love it!! I tried a few samples before this one and they were either too yellow or too white.
So, my now I need paint suggestions for my two DDs rooms. My 3yr old wants a purple room, her room has a chair rail so I want to do the top a nice cream color, no yellow undertones, something very neutral but something that will also show up just a little against the white trim... And the bottom a very calm pale purple or lavender. So any suggestions for that cream or purple?
In my 3 month olds room it's the same idea with the chair rail but I want to do that same cream on the top and pink on the bottom. I like BM elephant pink... But any other suggestions are welcome!
Secessions have to be final for the painter by tomorrow!!

Look at antique white. It's a light cream color with slightly pink undertones, which will go well with a pale purple/lavender, and also with a pink.
it's funny how colors look so different in different houses. we looked at shaker beige (and in fact have splotches of it on the wall since our painting is starting tomorrow) and hated it - it was so gray in our house!

IL's used Navajo White in their living room recently. It's a beautiful cream color that goes with just about everything.

one of my favorite colors is Cottage White by Behr. Its very neutral but not when you put it next to white you can definitely tell the difference. It might be too light for what you're look for though.

We have shaker beige in our dining room, I ADORE the color 
We painted our guestroom bleeker beige and swiss coffee, I recommend swiss coffee for a creamy white without yellow undertones.
