I responded on your other thread on the Home board, but had to chime in my agreement.
Kristen and I work together often, and I highly recommend her. I recommended her to my own bil and sil who were buying a house last year. And of course, I refer my clients to her.
She is so thorough and attentive to detail, and very responsive to her clients. She also explains everything in a really understandable way, so I think she is great for first time buyers and sellers.
