spin in suffolk
I live in stony brook. Looking for a place that does spin classes. I dint want to pay a gym membetship. Any suggestions?

Most places that are exclusively spin are higher priced than normal gyms.

I haven't been in awhile but my gym offers spin multiple times and my membership is only $20 a month. On average when I was going, I was making it to 3 classes a week morning/evening. I took class with the above poster who teaches btw.

Lol I wish there was a place we could go and I'd do a class for free. I'd love to meet so e of you at a local park or high school and train you a bitt as the weather gets nicer. Free of charge of course. I only as for honest feedback so I can better help my clients.

This is prob too far for you, but Intelligent Fitness in E Northport has great spin classes. I also heard My Spin Gym in E Northport is good. Supposedly only $10/class, no other fees!
