Dry red nose
What do you put on your LO's nose and mouth when its all chapped and irritated? DS has a bad cold and his nose is so irritated. He cries when I wipe him. I try a little aquaphor but hasn't worked too well unless I do it right before bed. Plus, its greasy and I don't want him to lick it. I use Chapstick too. Nothing seems to work.

vaseline? I know it is greasy but it always seems to go away quickly

Lanolin! It works like a dream, and it's fine if they eat/lick it. I was so glad to have so many spare tubes left over from nursing.

It works so well, I started using it on my own dry skin on my face. I also put it on my and DD's cheeks before we go out in the cold.
