too sick to eat
I think I have a fever, Im freezing and really achy and have a really nasty cough. I couldnt eat last night and I have no appetite at all today. Im 21 weeks with twins and know I should be eating i just cant. what should I do?

a few low-cal days won't hurt you... just drink lots of fluids (like gatorade, gingerale - anything with some calories) and try to choke down your prenatal. hope you feel better

How about some crackers? And I agree with PP, some Gatorade or Ginger ale. Feel better soon!!

Don't worry about it too much. I had a stomach virus with my last DS and couldn't eat for two days. He is just fine.
Stay hydrated, and maybe try a little soup later.
Feel better:)
