#1 was on my due date
#2 was a week late
#3 was 3 days late (and I was induced)

same thing happened to my friend... 10 days late with her 1st, 13 days with her 2nd.

DS 1 - induced 4 days late
DS 2- went into labor on my own at 38w1d (I think my dates were messed up since he was almost 8 lbs).

This is so interesting! I recently saw a study that suggested that women have their own personal gestational length and it seemed to be consistent with different pregnancies. DD1 was 9 days late and had to be induced. I'm not banking on going early with this baby!

I can attest to that. DC1 was induced but 2 and 3 were 10 and 11 days late! And they were average size babies too.
My cousin in law has had two kids, her first 3 weeks early and 9lbs and second was 2 weeks early and almost 11lbs. She grows them big and fast and I grow them slow and average!
