Is Every City School Using Teach Boost and Question About Goals
I'm so confused, please help! We have to use this system called Teach Boost and I just had to go in and choose what option I was doing for observations. Then it asks you to list goals. What exactly is this. I am a Kindergarten Teacher and I'm really not too sure what I'm supposed to be writing here. Anyone?
Ps. I can't believe we need to check this system daily as
my admin said this is the way we will know if they are setting up an observation, etc.

I believe the goals they are referring to are technically our prodessional goals. So last year for me, one of my goals was to increase the level of independence for my readers (not exactly the way I worded). So teach boost pretty much is the program the schools are using to track it all and give us feedback. Our school will be using it, but we are not set up yet.
