Trapped and Useless
I'm 36 weeks today and I've been trapped in the house bc of this horrible heat wave! I have so much to do in the house but there is only so much I can do bc I can't lift anything! I'm bored and want to be able to either go outside or get stuff done and I can't do either!!! Soooo frustrating!!!! Vent over...

I feel the same way. I'll be 35 weeks sat. This morning I woke up and I could barely walk I was in so much pain. I have little ones that want to do stuff. Go in the pool which we have been doing for the last 4 days. They want to go places too though. I feel so guilty and like such a horrible mom. I was crying so much this am because I feel like I can't give my kids a good summer. They get to see the backyard. I am trying to take it easy today. So we colored and watched some cartoons.

yup- I'm 35 weeks tomorrow and other than work, I havent gone anywhere in days. I don't care about my errands- I am really kind of sad that I can't take my ds to the park like we usually do after work- its our time together and since the baby will be here soon, it just makes me sad :(

ugghhh I feel you! I enjoy walking in the evening but this heat has stopped me from doing that!! This heat + a big belly = misery

Yup. A friend invited me over and she is a 10 minute walk away (I don't have a car during the day, DH has it). I had to say no because even walking 10 min there and back would be too much. I do not feel well at all.

I'll be 35 weeks on Monday and feel the same way! Lots of guilt because I had all these plans to do special things with my DD but we barely leave the house because its so hot outside, I have so much to do inside to get ready for #2 and I'm at the point when my body feels like its falling apart. Luckily she's only 3 years old and doesn't know any better. I've been trying to do things with her inside and structure her day and so far she seems pretty happy. The only good thing about being stuck home in the AC is that in the last 4 weeks since I've been off from work, I've been able to get so much accomplished!
