We are going with more families for thurs fri and Saturday but they don't want to plan yet

Sun I was going to do animal kingdom 9-3 since I heard animals sleep in the afternoon bc of the heat

But on Wednesday what should I do Epcot ? I have a 4 and 2 year old will epcot be enough time from 1 to 9

What are must dos at Epcot

Also if we do Epcot on Thursday what can I do we'd I was thinking down town what are good things to do down there

Are the water parks good for a 4 and 2 tear old they are afraid of swings n some large slides so I feel I'll be wasting my time there but the group was thinking of going

We did universal superhero side last time we went we want to do the other side this time can we do both parks in one day if we get there by 10 I think they close at 7

I would do Animal Kingdom on your departure day like you said. That's a half day park anyway IMO.

1-9 is enough time for quite a bit in Epcot. I would add in some time for a nap though, because if you are arriving at Disney at 945 am, that means you are getting up in the wee hours of the morning, and you are likely going to be exhausted. I would do Spaceship Earth, Finding Nemo ride, Figment, the Innoventions buildings, then ride the boat ride in Mexico and hit the Countries. Not sure if the Oz and Cars play areas are still there (they were in April for the Flower and Garden festival), but those were nice areas. Make sure you get the Duffy the Bear or Perry on a stick to have stamped and signed in each country. Kids enjoy that. Test Track and Soarin are both great, but your 4 year old is probably not tall enough for either.

Can't really help you with Universal, but it took us an entire day to get through the regular Universal Studios (not Islands of Adventure, and we were less than impressed), and we still didn't do everything. So I would say no, you can't do both in one day.

If you want to do a water park, for kids that young, Typhoon Lagoon is better than Blizzard Beach. The rides are overall tamer, the kiddie area is more entertaining, and it is often less crowded. It's also smaller and easier to navigate. I highly recommend reserving beach chair space in advance for the water parks. It guarantees you a place to sit, with chairs, a beach umbrella and towels. You can also rent cabana space if that is better for your family and friends.

In Epcot, you can ride Living with the Land, Figment and Finding Nemo with your kids. You don't say if they are boys or girls, but there are a LOT of character meet and greets at Epcot. You can see Mulan, Aurora, Belle, Snow White, Duffy the Disney Bear, Alice, Mary Poppins, Jasmine & Aladdin, Mickey, Donald, Pluto, Goofy, Chip & Dale, and MInnie.

You also don't say if you're taking Disney transportation or renting a car or whatnot. If your flight home on Sunday is at 7:30, Disney will pick you up to get back to the airport no later than 4:30 - so you don't have as much time as you think.

Re: Disney

We are staying in Orlando for the same number of days, but we will do it differently:

Day 1, arrive at 10, get to hotel, check in 11 (we have early check in). Go get lunch and go to the pool. Explore the hotel and have dinner.

Day 2: magic kingdom

Day 3: magic kingdom

Day 4: either relax at hotel or hit up animal kingdom. We drive to fort lauderdale... Which is slightly different.

Last park I went to without kids was universal. Not much there for really young kids, but I think it's the best park for 8 year olds and up. It has amazing productions (how to make special effects, etc).

We have a 3 and 1.5 old for who a water park would be an absolute waste of money (we went to a hotel with a water park...Atlantis). They have more fun at the pool. Maybe your 4 year old is more mature...

Are you staying on Disney property?
Animal Kingdom is a great park to visit for a half day, especially in the morning.
EPCOT has a TON of things for the little ones to do, and there are some great Meet & Greets there too.

Will you be visiting Magic Kingdom with the New Fantasyland?

I help all of my clients plan full itineraries including dining and attractions and help pick the best park for each day based on their needs as well as predicted crowd levels.
My services are free for my clients who book with or transfer their booking to me.

Contact me for more information and I'd be happy to help with more details.

As a side note, I'd do Typhoon Lagoon over Blizzard Beach with kids those ages.
